  • Thanks! I absolutely LOVE the program. Because of Insanity I actually just cancelled my gym membership because I didn't go once during the 60 day program, and I had better results than months of work at the gym.
  • Here are my results after 1 round of Insanity. In the next 2 weeks I am going to re-start the program again and am really excited about it. I love Insanity! :) On day 1 of Insanity: On the last day of Insanity: Hope this helps you get motivated!
  • Just thought of something else hahaha. The longer dogs go between nail trims, the quick inside the nail grows too. After this first nail trim you may hear your vet say something like "he has long quicks". That just means because he hasn't had regular nail trims his quick has grown out so they couldn't cut the nail super…
  • I work at as a vet technician and can honestly say this is such a common problem! Since he is so strong and has such huge objections to having his nails trimmed, I would definitely recommend taking him into your veterinarian. Let them know ahead of time that he is difficult for nail trims. A lot of groomers won't lay dogs…
  • I can definitely incease my portion sizes on my chicken, egg whites, etc. That would help :) I also am going to the store today to see about just adding 2 snacks to my day of 1) cottage cheese, mixed bag of frozen fruit, and granola and 2) whole wheat english muffin, almond butter, and bananas. Hopefully these will help…
  • WOW that is truly amazing!! I love the video :) I have never done any of the beachbody programs before until today, which was Day 1 of Insanity for me. It was super difficult - I felt happy that I finished the video! :) Can't wait to see the results I get, and I am thinking of doing P90X after I finish Insanity. Anywho,…
  • Thanks for the support! I'm always looking for new friends to support each other on MFP, so if you want to add me feel free to :)
  • Thanks! :) Took a few edits to get the pictures to show up correctly lol. I am 5'5. My goal weight is 130 (that's the lowest I'd want to go) but ideally I just want to sit in the 130-138 range.
  • It greatly depends on your personal build. I am 5'5" exactly and I could never get down to 120. I don't have a big or super muscular build, I do have an hourglass figure and D-cup tata's though. My goal weight is 130, although hovering between 130-138 will be okay with me. I think when you get closer to your goal weight,…
  • I can totally relate! I started at 183 and am now 155, with my goal weight being 130. Once I got into the low 160's I think my weight loss became easier to see, and I have had so many of those comments from coworkers!! It's bittersweet because it makes me feel flattered when they say "I don't know where you're thinking you…
  • Bump - I would like to know the same thing! :)
  • Yay I am super happy so many people posted on here! I didn't think I would get this many responses :) And I am glad people with smaller tatas also posted and represented :) Mine just make me feel feminine and sexy and I hope everyone on here, regardless of where you are in your weight loss journey, feel that way about…
  • I just go by feel for the most part. That may not be the correct way to do it, but I shorten the straps and go to the next hooks when I need to and when I've done that and I still don't feel support or my bra starts to pucker on the outsides, I go to VS and get another fitting done. One thing that helped me was I kept most…
  • It depends on your genetics. Before I put on weight I wore a 36C, at my heaviest I wore a 38DD, now I am a little over halfway to my goal and I wear a 36D. I think they will shrink a little, but if you are like me and naturally have larger ladies then they will still be large even when you lose weight.
  • I usually go alone. I only have one friend that I will go to the gym with and it is because he and I do actually motivate each other to do our best. I did have another workout buddy for a while but when my fitness level started to surpass hers she got upset if I wanted to run farther, lift heavier, etc. because she…
  • Muahahaha I added celery and almond butter and a serving of walnuts and it made my calorie count right on without increasing my carbs - thanks for the ideas everyone! :)
  • Thanks guys! For those who questioned why I am targeting carbs, it is only because I am noticing a trend in my past diary entries that the weeks I have lower carb intake I have a loss and the weeks I don't, I tend to not lose. It's really just an experiment I am not anti-carb or anything like that. I think I am going to…
  • Thanks everyone! The community here always makes me feel awesome :D and I am hugely flattered that 2 people think I look like Jennifer Aniston - she is gorgeous! :) Thanks again everybody!
  • Thanks :) It took a few edits to get the pictures to show up but they're there now yay :)
  • Thanks everyone :) Just reading these makes me feel better. I guess I need to stop being sorry for myself and keep working towards my goal. You guys rock this is why I love MFP, where else would I be surrounded by so much support? :) You guys rock
  • Hmm maybe it is just my body having a funky day :)
  • Thanks for the ideas :) Someone also told me about making fries out of carrots. I ended up not having either but maybe tomorrow I will have a small cheeseburger. It is good to know that I am not the only one dealing with cravings :)
  • I have heard about eating 1500 calories/day, my plan for now is to just slowly work on increasing my calories until I am at a healthy amount and still able to lose. I want to do it slowly because it is difficult to jump from 700 calories/day to 1500 haha :) I am just going to add things in slowly as I go. But definitely…
  • Haha I am glad I can help :) And I am not sure what the sugar is in it.....it is really low though and I know it is gluten free and fat free.
  • I am a sucker for ice cream and this is a total godsend for me haha :) I found it at a store called Low Carb Nation....don't know if it is a big chain or whatever but hope that helps!
  • Thanks for all the suggestions :) I think I am going to add another cooked chicken to my day - either at dinner or chop it up and mix it in with my salad at lunch. And I don't know a lot about protein shakes but almost everyone recommended that, so I will definitely give it a try. I really appreciate everyone's support :)

  • From what I have been told and what I have seen on myself and friends, stretch marks never go away but they do sometimes fade with weight loss and time. They are like scars on your skin, they will never completely disappear. But they do fade a lot as you lose weight. I don't know if creams help or not. I just put cocoa…
