Yay. Have been taking one each night for 3 months. It has definitely changed the way my stomach feels, which is good. I buy the brand from Costco, called trunature . 100 capsules for $17 approx.

I use the plain and add things to it. My favorite is sf pudding. I use 3 oz. of yogurt, as much sf pudding to taste, then add a little water to it if you want and mix for consistency.

Saw the pretzels in there the other day, and I passed them by. When I am on maintenance I will definitely buy them :)

Which flavor did you use? Were they the wedges or the baby bells? Sounds promising!

Like many, I use it with tuna instead of mayo. Spread on melba toast classic. Added to steamed veggies. Use in place of butter on toast when topping with a fried egg. Slice of bread, LC and garlic powder.

You aren't consuming enough calories to burn fat, let alone feel good. Not a healthy way to lose weight. I would think by your picture you should have a bmr of at least 1800.

It's suggested that if you are on anti-depressants or St. Johns Wort that you check with your doctor before taking it. For me, it causes crazy *kitten* dreams.

You can do it! I have found that coming here everyday and tracking ALL my food/drinks really keeps me accountable.

Add more essential fatty acids in oil form. Krill, flax or fish oil work great.

I love how we all add the extra 1/4-3/4" to our height. Every little bit counts LOL. I joined here in March and have now just started getting serious about my diet. So far, so good. I' ve done it 2x. Ended up getting a CT scan because of the pain in my kidney area. Won't ever touch it again.
