Why do you have to drink it without milk? I have milky tea on a daily basis (with 2 sweetener tablets). Try herbal teas instead - green tea, peppermint tea, fruit teas and Earl Grey (as the above poster suggested). Chai tea is also a tasty option:smile:

When I lost weight initially, it went from my boobs and I dropped from a 36DD to a 36C. However, more recently, I got measured and turns out I'm a 34D. I'm going to get this confirmed sometime soon, but I bought a sports bra in a size 34D and it fits fine. These are UK sizes btw
