I count spices because I use LOADS in things like curry and even though they might seem like they have none, they can actually add up when you log them all... think the only thing I sometimes don't log is diet soft drinks. I drink gallons of the stuff at work (yes I know it's probably not good for me...) at work because I work in a kitchen where it's ridiculously hot and the only fluids we get access to is generally either standard coke or diet coke, so I know my logging of that is never gonna be fully accurate because I have no idea of the amount i actually drink. Other than that, i try log everything even if i know it had 0 (or barely any) calories.. otherwise i kinda feel like im cheating lol

Tic Tacs. 2 calories each and I eat about 3 a day, sometimes as many as 4.

    I can live with that.

I don't how people don't add vegetables - they add up! I have read about diets where you can get as much veges as you want then count everything else...calories are calories regaurdless of where they come from and they will add up. If I

I don't track any drinks unless they have calories. I only drink my coffee/tea black anyway. So it would only be the occasional cappuccino, beer or wine.
I don't track chewing gum (always sugar free).
    I don't track herbs/spices

I don't want to spend my entire life logging, so I don't count sauces, spices, or coffee. I do though take them into account mentally if I'm deciding what I can and can't have that day to fit into my allowance.

    Edit: terrible typing skills today!

    I don't track:

    - black coffee
    - herbal tea
    - the small dash lemonjuice I sometimes put in my water bottle
    - spices (because I only use really small amounts)
    - sugarfree bubblegum

I log my coffee only by logging the flavored creamer I use in it. My iced tea doesn't get logged (I don't sweeten it either) Spices, seasonings. I logged the seasonings when I made tacos and chili but it really wasn't much. I usually end my day with the site telling me I still have somewhere around 4000 calories left to eat (I don't eat back exercise calories, I think that defeats the whole purpose) Obviously, I don't log water. That's all I can think of.

coffee, because I take it without sugar. I know it has some calories (about 10 cals per cup) and it adds up eventually, two cups a day is 600 cals a month... maybe I should, but I'm usually under my intake anyway. I also don't log tea, it has no calories.
I also don't log pickles, mustard and the squeeze of lemon I add to my salad, since I noticed it's just 0 calories so I don't bother.

I was leaving butter off my log (like a teaspoon) just not even thinking about it, but realized and started adding it in. I don't track salt and pepper or spices unless I know I'm using "enough" for it to REALLY impact things (I just do like a shake of salt and pepper on corn for example). But I'm usually under my calorie goal, so I'm not super worried about it :0
