    Why do you have to drink it without milk? I have milky tea on a daily basis (with 2 sweetener tablets).

    Try herbal teas instead - green tea, peppermint tea, fruit teas and Earl Grey (as the above poster suggested). Chai tea is also a tasty option:smile:

    I'm probably not helpful because I've been drinking my tea black for ages and don't mind it. But, I love Red Rose tea. It's delicious. (And you get a "toy" in the box.) :)

    1. ran out of milk & cant be bothered right now facing the gale force winds to walk 3km to get more
    2. Fasting day & I don't normally have tea or coffee at all on these days only plain water, but it was so cold this morning I needed to warm up without waking the house so exercise was out.
    3. Former alcoholic so vodka is out... plus it is 9am
    4. Don't have anything apart from my buttermint tea (peppermint & vanilla) and that's not what I was in the mood for this morning.

    5....... I tipped it out.

    I ran out of milk, wanted a cup of tea, had to have it black & I hated the taste.
