Foods weigh less after being cooked, and that is exactly what you eat, so I would weigh it when it's cooked then do the calorie count.... The reason they put the raw weight is because that is what you pay for by the pound/ounces when you buy it at the store.

Make sure you whip it really good to incorporate the eggs in completely with the other ingredients... The custard is formed and there is a little liquid at the bottom but it doesn't make the custard watery....

Your kidding us right? Don't you know when you skip meals and don't eat right (1200 calories minimum), you shut your system down... It goes into starvation mode AND you won't lose weight.. You can't be this naive!!! Eat right and you won't have bowel issues, and your body will thank you for it!

You can lower the calories and fat by using Fage 0% Greek Yogurt instead of the sour cream, and making your own bread crumbs with a low calorie bread. I would use what I usually use Nature's Own - 100% Whole Grain Wheat Bread Sugar Free (50 calories a slice)

This is the way I make it and it comes out great... If you bake it in the oven make sure you put your glass dish in a water bath up to about half way. I would bake it at 350 and it will probably take an hour to an hr 15 minutes... Insert knife in middle to test for doneness if you make it in the oven. It takes about 45-60…
