I recently tried it with no results. You'd be better off to keep your money. I've seen much better results just cutting out bread products.

Two things have been really bothering me lately. First is my engagement ring is so tight it's leaving deep marks on my finger. It's constantly nagging me. Second is my face, my poor cheeks feel so chubby. I'm glad it's winter and I can cover my face with a scarf.

I did two shakes a day for a while plus snacks and lost about 10 lbs. Havent gained any back in the 6 months since but I still watch what I eat and work out. :) Do what makes you happy!

Good for you and your husband for leading by example! I don't think saying anything to your daughter would be productive, just continue to teach her about nutrition, keep the junk out of your house and maybe get her involved in a sport? MY NSV I've recently started running, and this last weekend i looked down and noticed a hard bump and dent in the front of my calf...and OMG its a GLORIOUS muscle!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, Im now into week 3 and Ive lost -1" in the bust, -05" waist and -1" in the hips. Ill weight in tonight but the inches are a huge success in themselves.

I quite 3 weeks ago. I let myself go for a week, anything I wanted to eat or have for 7 days. (anything is better than smoking) I did gain 5 lbs but because I was used working out and I used exercise to help burn off the rage, I lost it all within 2 weeks and now Im down 4 more from all the extra lung capacity I have to go…
