  • I will break the rule and name two. ;-) Blade Runner ... how many times did I play that on my first VCR ? Oh the luxury ;-) Shawshank Redemption is my current favorite.
  • When I first started I was quite precise... now after having lost a lot I think the function is *broken*. It says.. eat this much and you will lose 1 kilo per week... in a month 2 kilos...???? So I never complete my diary. I still lose 1 kilo per week, when I stay in my allowance. Only the longterm prediction is incorrect.…
  • My Garmin vivosmart does not Count steps when my hand is on the pushing cart... it will not Count excercise on the bike (unless you buy a speedsensor) ... so armmovement is a factor in steps for the garmindevices. I don´t mind... I don´t think we use many steps in the grocerystore.
  • The best chin/face-excercise is to smile. It takes more effort to smile than to frown. Try it, and then add some mental training: Tell yourself you are ok. No jokes aside: I think you will lose all over your body,- but I never heard of chin-friendly workout... ;-)
  • This... when nobody can see me run, I feel like I´m flying... when people are around I feel quite awkward and slow. Other runners are nice though.... you kind of join a klan when you start running ;-) enjoy yourself ;-) and feel the friendship and acceptance on the runningtrails.

  • Other days you might eat some real yummi treat (a lot of it) and still lose. You won´t believe it, but it´s real. I´ve tried it many times. Eat well most of the time....excercise all of the time and weigh your self once in a while. Over time if you eat at a deficit you´ll lose. It.s a fact!
  • I agree. The bar code scanner is the feature that initially got me interested i MFP. Later I got into the support-system and kind of forgot about the scanner. I eat mostly homecooked stuff. Not that I have bad feelings about precooked and storebought stuff. I just love to Cook and like my own food better ;-))) By the way:…

  • Then don´t focus so much... don´t worry... log what you eat.... spend a few days getting used to the concept of being real about it. Then eventually you can analyse your intake and begin adjusting how to get the most out of your cals and begin seing the results you want. The boredom can also be chased away with some nice…

  • Her achivements are not that relevant for you. Enjoy the fact that you have a friend who enjoy talking *shop* with you. Compare scars and take a chill-pill. • Oh I can´t help but laugh.... It reminds me of the time when I went to Greece with my ex and our newborn in a rented flat. For some odd reason we forgot to bring towels. To save on the holydaybudget we only bought one big towel and shared the entire vacation. I was not ideal. It went with us to the Beach... we showered...…
