I don't know what the heck this thing is. It's like a 4 sided weight machine from The Sims, if you know what I mean. It lets you do the kicky thing with your legs and the butterfly I think it's called with your arms, but there's so many things on it and it has all these warnings AND IT SCARES THE PISS OUT OF ME!!!!
I feel like I should use it though, since i can't seem to lose these last 15 lbs and I don't want to be skinny fat for the rest of my life. Everything says LIFT but I'm like THIS THING IS CTHULU I DON'T KNOW HOW!!
What the hell is this thing called? How do I use it?

Why don´t you Consult the staff at the gym?0

I suspect there's no staff because it's a Universal Gym inside an apartment fitness room0

Start with things you understand and get your food intake sorted
No machine is going to lose the 15lbs that's down to a defecit
If it looks too complicated it's probably not that effective

That said is it replicating any of these basic machine moves

Then I suggest you find the maker and modelname of the maschine (I bet it´s labeled somehow) and then Google what the thing is and how to use it.0

If you go to an actual gym, there are usually little labels on the machines telling you how to use them. You have to get close enough to the machine to read the label though. If you get close and it acts like it wants to bite, sing it a song and it will fall asleepb like Fluffy from Harry Potter.0

If it's in a fitness room in the building where you live or work and there's no formal gym or staff, why don't you take a picture of it and post it for us to see?0

Is there a picture of it I'm missing?0
