  • I use my wii fit scale I also have a bathroom scale. Ive been trying to keep off the scale because Im not seeing results though Im losing inches and sizes in clothes. I think at this point,,,losing a total of 94lbs Im gaining more lean muscle and that is why my scale doesnt seem to be moving!

  • I had something similiar happen to me about 2 months ago......but my lower back/ab pain turned out to be kidney stones from too much protein intake..... It was awful I was down and out for a month....had to have surgery cause the stone was HUGE.... it felt similiar to a backache...my doctor treated it as such for a month…

  • Azdak I did not realize all of this, but I kinda did blindly, if you know what i mean. I make sure I get all my daily calories burned in Cardio (About an hour per day) and when I hit my number of calories burned through cardio its THEN i start weights/strength training.   • I play with my daily calorie intake....One day I'll eat 1700 then the next day 1300 then 1800 then 1200 and so on and so on......I read that it keeps your body guessing.
