I agree with you. Not too big on apples with PB. The combo doesn't work for me. However, like you I think Bananas and PB go great together. Especially on a sandwich or in a smoothie (try adding cocoa powder with a frozen banana and PB along with milk (or use chocolate almond or soy milk) for a homemade smoothie, amazing!).

I am also GF and I looked at the recipe. It is GF and I miss brownies. This looks reasy enough and cheap to make. Putting this on my ever growing list of recipes to try.

Thanks for trying this out using a gluten free flour base (pancake mix) in place of the self rising flour. I am gluten intolerant and am always looking for new things to try, especially dessert and breakfast. Looks so easy, I need to try making this real soon using gluten free flours or pancake mix.

People usually think I am between 22-25. I am 28 and will be turning 29 on Sunday. I avoid the sun most of the time due to burning easily and don't care about tanning. I think the fact my mom also looks young for her age and I take care of myself also helps. :smile:

I eat mostly healthy, but am definately not a "clean" eater. I enjoy chocolate, ice cream, diet soda, and many other not so healthy foods regularly. I just eat them in smaller portions and they are a smaller part of my food for the day.

Pretty close to me, I am 5'8.5" and currently 146. Also aiming for 145.

For me, forgiving myself and moving on works best. If I try to eat as little as possible the next day, it usually sets me up for another binge. In my worst binging time periods I practiced a constant cycle of starve and binge, so for me wiping the slate clean after a binge is best.

I had a similar experience, except I had lost 35 pounds on WW and kept about half of it off before coming here. Just working on the last few pounds now, but doing much better.

We have a K cup machine here, so no worries there. However, I am often the one putting out new K cups from the supply closet or am making sure they get ordered. This is despite the fact that I don't use the machine very often.
