Do not think of this as them interviewing you. Use this as an opportunity to interview them. See how he interacts with his family and how they interact with each other. If his family is going to be a problem its better to run now before any possible marriage or kids come along.

I had my last smoke in Oct of 2002. smoked about 2-3 packs a day minimum and when I couldn't smoke I chewed. It took 3 bouts of pneumonia in a two year period to get me to quit. Awesome work to everyone who's quit quitting or still trying to quit.

I don't resist any food. I eat what ever I want in moderation so I don't have to resist anything. Also, if I want to eat more than my goal, I go work out.

Am I angry over people judging me? Not at all. I roll my eyes and move on. Most people I come in contact with will probably never see again so it doesn't really matter what they say or think. As far as unhealthy people that judge, they are just miserable S.O.B's trying to bring everyone to there personal hell.

I dont understand cutting out certain food. As long as it fits within the calory goals, alls fair. Unless theres allergy or intollerance, eat whatever.

I go to the gym all the time. After reading through this thread I'm now just going to bring doughnuts and coffee, sit at a desk and watch all you work out, just to piss you off. :laugh:

I remeber when a kid could buy cigarettes and beer from a grocery store or liquor store with a note from a parent. I remeber my step sisters just having to have jordache jeans nothing else would do.

In my opinion, the best thing is to NEVER diet! Whatever you do needs to be a forever thing - a lifestyle change. If you are doing anything restrictive or extreme, it won't be lasting once you stop.
