check your blood sugar levels as well. sometimes they can be thrown off when you change your diet

Actually my doctor said the same thing. When I first got on it I actually lost weight because I used to not eat when playing sports and it increased my metabolism. Weight gain is a side effect because of the increase in appetite.

The MIO you test your resting HR and enter your age. The treadmill I entered my weight. Yes the MIO only tests when you tell it to so I tried to measure my heart rate every 5 mins on both.

I set my age and weight in the treadmill but only my age and resting in the MIO. And no it does not have a chest strap.

This crazy burning itch all over my legs when I ran on the treadmill. I feel weird scratching but I know its just my skin adjusting to me going from the cold outside to the warmth inside.

I WOULD LOVE TO LOOK LIKE HER! Although I do not think my hair would look close to that natural. I rock a perm and just pull my hair into a tight ponytail while working out and don't take it down until it drys. Usually dries pretty straight. I also use flat headbands on the roots when I have a lot of new growth.

I use the Italian dressing seasoning not the dressing for fewer calories. If you don't overcook it it will stay moist

I thought it was just me. I had to actually stop jogging on the treadmill to scratch the heck out of my legs. I figured it was because I came in from the cold and was warming up. Good to know I am not some freak of nature.

Last year I gave up pork, fast food, beef, chocolate, soda, and fried foods.... I still don't eat pork because once you give that up your tummy hates you when eat it again.
