I'm pretty sure you have to update it yourself. I had to update it to fit weight loss goals. I do it every 10-15 pounds or so.

I become a bottomless pit for a week during that time. I crave EVERYTHING. I just try to stay within my portions. I know that when the chocolate craving hits I go with chocolate soy milk... 150 calories for a cup... seems to work for me.

Building up the willpower to say no when all you want to say is yes is hard stuff so congrats on your day! Baby steps. I do agree with the other posters though, gotta treat your self once in a while. Yeah, it's been a while since I ran on a regular basis. A couple of years ago I was running almost 30 miles a week. I'd like to get back up there. Maybe 20 miles or so a week.
