I know you're very right :( I'm a vegetarian close to vegan since I don't consume cheese/eggs..I work long hours and I'm just so picky ! I really do need to find time to eat more..

I'm 20 5'3 105lbs but I wanna be like 102 & maintain so just like 3 lbs more I know it's small but I'm not comfortable where I am yet ;(

At whole foods the have a machine where you push a button and can see the peanuts being turned into butter right in front of you that's what I get :) so good !!

I feel the same and I'm 5'3 & 107 which is considered pretty tiny according to weight charts..your legs are fine & it's all in your mind just love yourself

Balance scales aka the ones at the doctor..if you go to a gym they usually have balance scales which I weighed myself there & it's as accurate as the one as the digital one @ my house

I eat 50g of protein a day is that not enough :(?

Like avocados,peanuts,almonds calorie dense foods..I always log more than what I eat to make sure but I don't weigh it...I'm positive it's not more than what I'm logging

Me everyone has their own biochemical dna so what works for you might not for others.. test it out if you lose weight eating the stuff you like that's Soo good! If you find yourself maintaining try something else :))

Try and eat more before 9 maybe you're being a little tooo good during the day & then your just really hungry at night..you're at a very thin and healthy weight so you're doinn something right

You'll get down again you have to believe & love yourself first <3 try eating carrots and celery as your extras they do get you full once u start eating them:) you can do at home workouts until you feel comfortable enough but honestly you shouldn't be embarrassed or ashamed to go workout ! I can't imagine anyone thinking…
