How tall are you? I would double-check your logging (are you using a food scale???) and make sure you're as accurate as possible. If it still comes out to 1000 calories, you might want to try adding in some calorie dense foods, like nuts/nut butters or avocados.

Enter your data into MFP and shoot for the goal given. Whether or not your choose to eat back your exercise calories is up to you. 1000 calories is low and if you are full you may not be logging correctly. Weigh your food.

Like avocados, peanuts, almonds calorie dense foods..I always log more than what I eat to make sure but I don't weigh it...I'm positive it's not more than what I'm logging

You would be surprised. Everyone that doesn't weigh their food thinks this. Then when they weigh their food it's an insta-thread about their surprise. I think there is a sticky about counting calories and if you haven't checked it out you should.

No, you aren't. You don't know how much you are eating unless you weigh your food.

And no, 1000 calories a day is not nearly enough.

Also, your protein and fat intake is incredibly low.
