  • I make a protien vanilla drink mixed with a cup of milk and half a can of lite mandarin oranges. It tastes like a orange cicle. It is yummy. It gives you 34 gms of protien too.

  • I have 1 1/2 to go to 50 pounds since May 18, 09. I want to get below 200 by the end of the year.I am now at 233 1/2. This is my goal, I amm going on vacation with husband and sister. So you know this may be hard. Wish me GOOD LUCK.
  • I make the same thing but I add "knorr's chicken and tomato powder" this gives it more taste. You can eat it hot or cold. Sometimes i add meat .It fills you up for very little cals.

  • I make omelets in a freezer plastic bag.Mix up 2 eggs and all ingredents (cheese,mushrooms,ham etc) lay flat in mic for 1 min .Turn over and cook 1 min more. W e made these in girl scouts. You don't even have to wash a pan.

  • Try eating a large salad with cabage, jicama,and I put broccoli slaw in my salad. . Protein also keeps you from feeling hungry.   • When I am in a hurry, I make a protien drink with a piece of fruit in it. The protien holds me until lunch and I can drink it on the way.

  • It has been 1 month now and I weighed in at 254 down from 276. I am so happy. I will get my band tightened on July 2. This called a fill, Hope to be able to continue to loose at least 2 pounds a week.
