North Central Texas: we get severe thunderstorms with hail, straight line winds, and the occasional tornado. Drought and fire weather in the summer... Ice storms that shut the region down for 3 days every other year or so. Perhaps the occasional earth quake, but those aren't too damaging yet.

I am 5"1.5"... and I eat 1600 calories when I'm in loss mode... and I do lose... I typically do three days of cardio and 3 days of strength training.... anything less than 1500 calories makes me a hangry b... The 1600ish comes from calculating my TDEE.

Good thing then I'm not diabetic or otherwise insulin resistant and could realistically eat as many carbs as I want within my caloric goals and still lose... in my lunch box today is a banana and some grapes.
