Ran a 5K this morning. Cold and drizzly, but glad I did it.

Was AWOL due to work and icy conditions here in San Antonio (and I don't have access to treadmill). Total of 13 miles completed so far:

Completed 5 miles today - it was not pretty (and it was not all running) but I did it! 1/2 = 2.5 miles 1/5 - 2-5 miles - 5 1/6 - 5 miles - 10

If it's not one thing, it's another. But after resting my tailbone for a week, I ran 3 miles this morning - back on track to get my 60 in:

Ran really sloooooowly today. I fell down the stairs last week and hurt my coccyx (tailbone) and although it has been bruised, it has felt fine.
