Still slowly ramping back up. The good news is I'm not in pain the next day. The bad news is every run seems like a chore. I hate the new shoes. So much so, I bought the pair that was my second choice at the running store to see if they were any better.

Got in 4 today!!!! Has been difficult lately to get in those miles. A lot to do this time if year but when I do run in the morning I seem so much more efficient the rest of the day. Maybe that is telling me something!! Lol
Happy running!!!!

I rotate 11 pairs... some I love and can't retire even after 800+ miles... but all of them are great shoes. ... keep searching. .. it's easier to find a shoe that won't hurt you than a woman who wont...lol0 -

20/12 - 4.27km
Leg finally felt good enough to run! Only a short one, don't want go out too hard and bugger it up completely! And oh the humidity! It was so muggy
My calf started to make it presence felt towards the end of the run.....not pain, more a gentle pulling in the muscle......so will slowly build back up to the time/distance I was doing over a couple of weeks I think.
It was good to get back out there!!
