I think I'm fairly on track to make my goal for the month. I'm just about to make a tentative plan of run days and lengths, so that I know how I'll do it. Also today's run was my fastest ever which was a great feeling! (32 minute 5k)
    Great time, congratulations!
That time is still on my wishlist, but I'm getting there slowly... Today I also logged my fastest run ever (33,5 minute for 5 k, first time under 35 min) :)

    2.12.2014 - 5.0 km
    6.12.2014 - 4.2 km
    7.12.2014 - 10.5 km
    10.12.2014 - 3 km
    11.12.2014 - 4.1 km
    13.12.2014 - 5 km
    31.8km (of 100km) done

My doctor cleared me to run after two weeks off. I eased back into it with an easy 3.5 miles. I cut my original goal down from 75 miles and probably come up short on that. I want to sure my feet are completely healed before I start ramping up the mileage.

I was so afraid you would say "I didn't do as good as I wanted". You did a sub 4 hours on your FIRST marathon and remind us my friend how long you have been running... a year? Puff up that chest and be so proud of yourself and your time. I think you did amazing! Now you can make yourself a lessons learned and improve for the next time. I give you :star::star::star::star::star: for today!

@larrewl: Congratulations on finishing your half marathon!

@Stoshew71: Kudos to you for running a marathon! I read your blog post and I can see why you might be a bit unhappy with the result, given the too-fast pace group and all - but seriously, don't take it to heart. You can now look back on this year and know that you ran a marathon! That alone would be something to be extremely proud of, and it was sub 4-hours on top.
