Halfway through the month, and I'm halfway to the goal. Right on track!
I missed posting after the 12/12 run. This catches things up. My runs are gradually getting longer. I'm increasing distance on a percentage basis; that's why the distances are so oddball. On an up note, my knees are still holding out. Yay!

I'll disclaim that the 13 and 20 milers were on dry land immediately before and after the trip. Still, throughout my 20 miler after returning home, I still felt a bit of a rocking sensation and was surging and slowing to the cadence of the boat.0 -
