1) Health..... My personal health, and family history. 2) Depression...... Not that my weight was to sole factor of my depression, but it didn't help it. Currently down 56.4 since February 1!

Congrats on losing 17 pounds! It is hard for me to know exactly when people started noticing my difference. This time around I've been extremely vocal with everyone that I am working on losing weight, so I think I had a few people telling me they see a difference before they *actually* saw a difference. The hardest part…

If I had any advice I would give it immediately, however, I don't have any to offer you. I feel very much in the same boat as you, except my depression is more present than my anxiety. I am struggling with many of the same issues you expressed; from feeling better/worse physically and mentally depending on the diet,…

I started in the same weight ballpark as you did. I'm currently down around 45 pounds, but still have (at least) 85 to go. I am always looking for good motivators who keep my accountable, and vise versa! I'll send your a friend request.

I think doing research is super smart when starting a new diet! Your body makes changes when you change your dietary intake and it is smart to know and understand what is happening. I did a lot of research before I started, and I'm very glad I did. I learned about vitamin deficiency (something I probably wouldn't have…

I have been on Keto for a few months now. Overall, I really enjoy it. It is responsible for around 20 pounds of weight loss (still have lots to go, though), it has really helped curbed my hunger, and it has boosted my energy! As for a healthy lifestyle and maintaining weight, I more than likely won't be able to continue…

Your story sounds very similar to mine, I sent you a friend request! I am down 22 pounds, with 98 more to go! Anyone feel free to add me, the more friends the better!! I love the encouragement and the inspiration everyone gives!

Vacation in the Bahamas in November!

I'm in the same boat as you! I started again about 50 days ago, starting with needing to lose 120. I've lost 14 so far, so will have 106 to go! Anyone can add me, I need all the encouragement I can get!

1. My husband and I are never having kids 2. Tequila is truly amazing 3. If I never had to work again and still make money I'd be the happiest woman alive

Welcome! I've been working at this for about a month now, 14 pounds down, 106 left to go! Anyone can add me, I like encouragement!
-
Add me if you want! I started my journey 44 days ago, I've lost 14 pounds, and have 112 more to lose! I like motivation, and MFP friends are the way to go! I added/had a bunch add me when I first started, but I've been noticing some drop off---already quitting their weight loss, at least on MFP. So i'm looking for some new…

You bloat when you get your period, so you gain water weight. I gain anywhere from 8-10 pounds!!! I wouldn't worry about it, because it'll all fall off once you finish. I recommend once you notice PMS symptoms to quit weighing yourself (I start bloating almost a week before the actual period).....you'll stress yourself out…

I have the Fitbit one and like it a lot. This is "technically" my second one, my first one quit syncing with my phone. I tried all the online help to get it working again, and nothing worked. Their customer service center is great. They sent me my current one, after realizing that none of the troubleshooting had worked. It…

Anyone here can feel free to add me! I've lost 6 pounds so far, with my starting goal at 120-150 lost. So I still have quite the journey in front of me, but so worth it! I'm looking for friends who are good motivators, and people who I can encourage with their own weight loss!
-
Anyone can add me if they'd like. I have 120-150 to lose
-
I'm in the same boat! Looking to lose 120-150. I'm looking for motivators for myself, and people I could motivate any way I can. I sent you a friend invite.

I'm in the same boat! I am 24 years old, married, no kids. I need to lose 120 pounds to be in the 'regular' section of a BMI chart! It's going to be a long journey, but completely worth it!
-
I am definitely am aiming for around the same goals as you. For at the top end of the normal BMI scale, for my height, I'm needing to lose 120. So my goal is 120-150 pounds (to be at the bottom of the "normal") Feel free to add me. I need all the encouragement I can get!

Looks like I'm in the same boat you are. 23 years old, roughly 100 pounds (give or take) to lose! Not too sure where to really start besides cutting calories, and exorcising more. Care if I added you? More friends on here, the more I feel like I'll be accountable!

I find myself constantly thinking about calories. I pre-log a lot of my food. At breakfast I'll log what I'm eating and log for lunch since I know what I'll be packing to bring with me to work. It helps me see how many calories I can (or can't!) eat during the day, as sometimes I'll find a small snack. I also go to bed…

I'm looking to lose about 80 pounds. (I am going off of what i weighed the last time at the doctor) I don't weigh myself often, but know I've made improvement in the last month, as my pants are becoming quite loose :)
-
I am looking for friends too- anything to keep my motivation going!
-
Oh I have so many reasons. 1) I'm tired of being the "fat" girl everywhere I go. 2) I've gained a lot of weight since my wedding- not saying my weight then is my goal now. 3) To be healthy for myself 4) I want to go to the cabin this summer and actually want to be in photos, not look at them later and want to cry. 5) I'm…

I'm about a month in but haven't weighed myself. The last time I was at the doctor i was like 255 so I know I am still with ya. You can do it!
