zucchini & squash casserole # 2

2 zucchini sliced
2 average size squash sliced
1 onion thinly sliced
1 bell green pepper sliced
2 lg tomatoes quartered
1 ts basil
1 tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
dash of pepper and salt
8 oz of mozzarella cheese shredded

saute in large skillet 1tb of butter when vegetables are just beginning to turn soft place in casserole dish and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese bake in 350 degrees until vegetables are tender and cheese becomes light brown
