I'm glad it works for You, doesn't work for me though. Within a few days I was able to run 20 minutes a day but my weight is exactly the same. I w ill never lose weight. God doesn't allow me to lose weight and nothing I can do can change that.

Yes, it's true that heat is not good for Your hair, can You let your hair dry naturally or use a towel? It usually doesn't take THAT long to dry hair with a towel, like 30 minutes and it's fairly dry.

So I just did the 30 Day Shred level 1 sans weights as I don't have weights at home...ugh I realised I was doing the pushups with the knees on floor wrong in Insanity...I did them with my butt sticking up so it didn't spend too much effort to push myself up and down. Honey, that's so sad that You feel that way. How about this: don't think about food for some time and do something that You enjoy, go shopping, have a nice meal, walk in the park, visit a museum, have a bubble bath....hugs

Oh no Sareh I hope You were not injured badly...:'( For 1 week I've been running 20 min on the treadmill a day but now I was doing 30 Day Shred AND blogilates and now I'm replacing that by doing Insanity AND blogilates. Before the 1 week, I went to the gym once a week and exercised for 30 minutes at a moderate level.

I would do this if I had a treadmill at home. I have to go to the gym of a hotel most days and don't want to seem suspicious going in too often. The gym I have a membership at is an hour from my home so I have to take the train there and can only go once a week.
