'Cause I LOVE those sour glares from bitter mom-hags as I rock a skanky bikini at the beach or pool with a kid on each hip. Not even sorry.

You have to fight like hell to maintain the "perfect" body. The minute you slack off and workout less/eat more you'll start to backslide. Maintenance is a lifelong commitment.
-
That's a little vague. Do you have a specific question we can help you with?
-
you're only as old as you feel. If you're in good health, anything under 50 is young. I'm almost 33 and I feel like a baby.

I just had a baby three weeks ago. It's my third, but only my second "fit baby", where I took care of myself and ate right and worked out while pregnant. It makes such a huge difference! so far I'm 20lb over my pre-baby weight, and jut got back into the gym a few days ago.

I'm thinking probably not, because people who are obese are already either oblivious or don't care about calories. It'll only really help people who are already health-conscious. That's not to say I don't think it's still not worth doing, though. I'm all for it.

I tried their "free" trial workout once, and it was free my @ss. I guess technically it was free in that I didn't pay any money, but boy, did they make me pay with their insanely aggressive follow-up sales tactics. They blew up my phone and email several times a day, begging me to buy a membership, even after I repeatedly…

This phrase is extremely concerning to me. I have experience with eating disorders, and this line of thinking is SO disordered. Please go see a therapist as soon as you possibly can. If you let this spiral out of control there's a chance you could never recover and look at food normally again. I wouldn't wish that on my…

I would only recommend them to people who don't like actual food. Which, if you have weight to lose...I'm assuming is not you. ;) I'd rather eat real food to lose weight. It's cheaper, and more enjoyable.

No. I'd never allow somebody else's opinion of me make me question my self-image. I grew out of that years ago. The best way (only way, really) to stop people from making the comments is to stop them the minute they start. They need to be shut down swiftly and permanently. Depending on who you're saying it to, this can…

This has got to be the dumbest thing I've ever read. Of course that "skinny *kitten*" has never had to diet...she knows how to moderate, and naturally has a diet that balances out. Therefore has never gotten fat enough to actively restrict intake. Freakin' DUH. Just because you have not made the effort to exercise…

I disagree. Lumping any group of people into having one common negative trait is the real garbage thing to do.
-
My first thought would be to assume you are not logging accurately. It is extremely unlikely that a person of average type height with weight to lose would not lose anything on 3 consistent weeks of 1200 calories. Start weighing all your food consistently and reevaluate in another few weeks.

There are no certain foods that reduce or increase any body fat. Just the amounts.

I made a *very lightly* ribbing remark about a funny expression he pulled while we were talking at dinner. He got extremely pissy, refused to talk to me the whole drive back to his house, refused to take me home when I was ready to leave, BLOCKED the front door to prevent me leaving when I tried getting my own ride home,…

I'm 4'11.5" I started out at around 150lbs, after my first baby. I like to be muscular, so my ideal maintenance weight is about 115, which I've hit twice, in between pregnancies (I'm 30 weeks along with my third right now). For reference, I was 108lbs in my current profile pic, after a 15 week prep cut for a show. I lift…

He began sweet-talking me, to an almost sarcastic and condescending degree. He'd sidle up next me, put his face obnoxiously close to mine, and simper, "Sooooo! How's my MOLLY doing right now? What's going on inside that big pretty head of hers?" When he did that, he had no idea that visions of me setting him on fire were…

You didn't ask for cheapest though, you asked for the "best". As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. Good quality shoes are an investment. They protect your posture, improve your gait and last longer than cheap shoes. I second the recommendation to get fitted at a running store.

Can you clear out a cabinet just for your roommate/s where they can store stuff you'd rather not see and know about? That way you're not dictating what they can and can't buy, and separating yourself from it at the same time.
-
I'm 30 weeks pregnant with my third kid, so I'll be in your same boat very soon! I go to the gym every day and eat right as best I can, but some weight gain is inevitable.

Why all the salt? Bbell actually IS very knowledgeable, and has been at this for quite some time. So you'd be best off to sit yourself down and learn something, without the undue sass.

Cellulite is just fat with connective tissue creating a dimpling effect on the skin. Prevalence is genetic. The only way to get rid of it is to reduce the fat under the skin. You do that by eating at a deficit and doing resistance training.

Um, NO. If you eat more than what you are expending, you WILL gain weight, no matter what time of day you eat it. Also, you never mentioned how many calories you were planning to eat in that pasta dish. Some pasta meals are fairly reasonable, others are horrific butter and cream sauce-based calorie bombs. You're no…

No, it wouldn't. Let's not play quite so fast and loose with terms that actually ruin lives to reference a fun treat that you enjoy.

There are a few studies that allude to artificial sweetener triggering sweet cravings in individuals, but it's painting with pretty broad strokes to say that everyone experiences this. I find the opposite is true, for me, and apparently so do several other previous posters.

Eat more. High-calorie foods like nut butters, cooking oils, avocados and pasta are your friend. Ice cream wouldn't hurt either.
-
Why wouldn't I? It would probably take several years (if ever) after becoming commercially available to become widely affordable, but if I were offered to try it for free/on the cheap, I'd try it.

How are you calculating that? Are you using a high-quality and properly calibrated heart rate monitor? If not, you're almost guaranteed to be overestimating your burns.
