Try to eat as "clean" as possible. If you're not sure what I mean by this, check out this link: http://eatcleandiet.com/ . It is about eating less processed food (pre-packages boxes and cans) and eating real food. It requires a little planning and taking the time to cook but it is well worth it!

Hmmm... good to know. I've never really gotten below 185 in my adult years. I'm 5'10 and very "big boned"... my goal right now is to hit 180 (I'm currently at 197 and started at 222), then keep going to 165 if it feels right. Good luck with your journey! :drinker:
