5' exactly, my goal is 105-110!! For me though it is not so much about how much I weigh but how I look and feel:)

5' 9" want 185 pounds but will be happy to maintain at 200 it is where I feel the best. I'm very large framed, broad shoulders if I go much below 185 I start to look sick!
Hmmm... good to know. I've never really gotten below 185 in my adult years. I'm 5'10 and very "big boned"... my goal right now is to hit 180 (I'm currently at 197 and started at 222), then keep going to 165 if it feels right. Good luck with your journey! :drinker:0 -

I'm 5'4.5" and I think a great goal would be 145 : a fit 145... I seen a girl that was 5'6 and was 152, but she fit and looked good.. I am 152 now but not fit.. this year my focus isn't so much on the weight loss number but getting my body fit.. Ya right, like I can stay off the scale..0

I'm between 5'3"-5'4" and I'd like to be between 135-140 lbs. Ideally, 125-130 lbs. would be best for my body but if I can get down to 140 I'll be happy, considering I was 138 lbs. when I started here and now I'm almost 160!0

5'10" and first goal is 230, then 210, and finally 190-185. I'll see what I like from there, but I'm more a bigger build anyways, so I'm thinking I'll start more strength training at 190.0

Same here. I put 134 as my goal because that will be 100 lbs lost and put me right in the middle of a healthy bmi. It's not set in stone though.0
