XXX - I am lying to myself and to everyone else about my weight. I am seeing progress but, of course, not quick enough or in the right places. More of the same (weight reduction) and then, maybe, the truth will be shown in pictures.

Thanks! I'm healthy and that's what matters most. My BMI is in the healthy range and my BF is 22% which I'm very happy with but I feel just for myself I would like to be the weight I was before I had kids. I think even if I hit 130 I would feel very content.0 -

i though id read that wrong too. i looked at the diary- its a 300 calorie allowance a day diary so the above statement is correct. everyone has their own idea of perfection...........0 -
