What could possibly have a better nutritional profile??

I have the same thing going on too. I have lost about 45lbs. altogether but still see that "fat person" that I used to be. I think more than anything, it's a mentality. I think our brains need time to catch up w/our bodies when it comes to weight loss. Also, Idk about you, but I still have some extra skin from the weight…

I agree w/HMonsterX. You have to lower overall body fat to see a difference. Weight training also helps the process move along faster. Strength 3 days/week & cardio 3 days/week is a great recipe:)

MFP gives me 1450 per day & that is not enough for me IMO. I usually get anywhere from 500-1200 extra calories/day from exercise depending on my workout & activity & not eating @ least some back is making me plateau...not good. I have about 5lbs. left to lose & I know they are the most difficult usually.

P90X can be whatever YOU make it. Don't listen to anyone who says you can't/shouldn't do a workout program. If you are willing to give it a try & do your very best, why not?? If you have knee trouble, you will have to modify, yes, but you will still get an incredible workout. The infomercial is exciting & reels you in, but…

My best tips are to keep logging in everyday no matter how bad the day or how busy you get. Also, find like-minded people so you don't have to go through your journey alone:) Great job!!

Welcome Lissy!! I live in NE PA so we are neighbors:) There is a TON of support here, so stay strong & keep up the good work!!

Try a protein bar w/some almonds...healthy fats, protein & a few carbs to keep you going & your brain sharp:)
-
I applaud you for the effort you are making...It must be tough:) I would recommend that you work on your nutrition since workouts have to be kept @ a low level. Eat as clean as possible b/c weight loss is 80% due to what foods you put into your body. Best of luck to you!!

They certainly up your game for a workout, but get to be addicting b/c you want that rush every time.

Would love to help encourage...friend me @ yankeegurl

If you have a FitBit or BodyBugg you can make your own exercise & use the # of cals. burned on average. The exercises on this site seem way low...

Great job!!

Check out the May issue of O Magazine. There is a 10 page article on Darin Olien, creator of Shakeology & the ingredients that are in the shake:)

I'm in the same boat too... This site has helped me a lot though, just tracking my foods & exercise. I have 2lbs. until I am 50 down & then I have another 8 to go until my goal weight:)
-
OMGosh...such an amazing transformation!! Keep up the incredible work:)
-
If I need to get my workout in early, I have my Shakeology first thing, wait 1/2 hour or so & get to it. Otherwise, I have a banana, almonds & a Whey protien shake. Usually around 400 cals.

TurboFire is the BOMB.com!! If you are even a little bit of a Turbo-anything fan, you will love it too:) Not much strength training in it though, so if you are looking for that, you'll need to do a hybrid w/P90X or ChaLEAN Extreme.

Great job Donna!! It's all uphill from here:)
