I miss crossfit! I recommend it

However, the numbers you are throwing out there sound pretty low!

I have also found that my calories for Fitbit go up as the day progresses. While at 8 pm I might have 34 calories left, by midnight I might have 200 calories left. I noticed that MFP and Fitbit are off in how many calories they think you should have to lose weight. I tweaked my MFP goals to match the Fitbit goals because…

I've gained and lost 20 lbs so many times in my life. I was bulimic at 15 though... Not that I was over weight. However I would say that's the first time I started struggling with my weight. I was never extremely overweight though. Highest was 186 (recently) at 5'9. Currently 166

I would eat back half... However, the real answer will come by sticking with one approach for a few weeks or a month and seeing if you lose or maintain.. Then adjusting from there.

I mean... If she just reads five threads on here she will quickly see that a caloric deficit is required for weight loss regardless of what those calories are made up of (meat or otherwise). It does seem like people often jump right on posters with their own assumptions before all of the information has been provided. I…

Congrats on your weight loss! Sounds like the rest of the journey is going to involve learning how to love and accept your new body how it is. Good luck!

I do food prep on Sunday and make the same dish for the whole week. It helps me keep on track and saves both time and money! This week I did coconut-curry chicken with asparagus. I also try to make dinners ahead of time to cut down on eating out and saving time. Example, I'll make a soup and eat that as a side for the…

I def eat way too quickly lol

I would probably do once a month. Right now I'm just measuring my weight though

Tired of losing and gaining 20-40 lbs over and over and over. Can't tell you how many times I've lost 20 lbs. Hoping this time will be the last time! I get so into things (including diet and exercise) that I become obsessive. It leads to whatever I'm doing consuming my life until I'm exhausted and burnt out, which the…

Well, that makes sense lol

I also grew a taste for diet sodas :)

eating 1200 calories consistently would drive me mad

I'm gonna have to start frequenting starbucks again

This is what I would do!

I mean.. not really. It isolates the muscle so it's not working the same amount of muscles as free weights or in the same way.

I have been to several Gold's and will likely be joining LA Fitness since it's closer to me.. it might also have a pool, hot tub and sauna, so.. :)

Everyone's knees are different and pain can be caused by different things. However, I'll share my knee pain story.. I noticed during lifting, horseback riding (was riding weekly) or yoga, sometimes I would get knee pain that I would experience outside of exercise (or during) when I bent my knees to walk down stairs, sit in…

FYI fitbit is going to be coming out with a new Charge HR. I discovered this because REI had stopped purchasing them, and they gave this to me as the reason. I purchased an Alta at REI and will return it for the Charge HR when the new version is released.

What was your last weight? I would try a diff scale and possibly buy a new one

I like juicing.. so whatever :P I usually try to make a whole day's juice ahead of time and bottle it up. Maybe even make enough juice for two days. I had a friend who had similar problems, and she found it was lyme disease. But no one ever tested for it. Not sure if you have or not, but just a thought.
