How to accuractely measure shrimp
Hi everyone, I buy my shrimp with the shell on and sautee as is. I peel after I have cooked it. I'm guessing the nutrition information on MFP is without the shell, and I am measuring on a scale with the shell on prior to cooking. How can I figure out the accurate measurement of shrimp I am consuming?

Water retention caused by DOMS
Hey everyone, If I am still sore from working out two days ago, am I still retaining water? Does the water retention last until the soreness that is DOMS goes away completely? I feel like only doing some exercises once a week, and the others only twice a week isn't enough. Does anyone do all 5 exercises 3x a week? Or is this too much stress on the muscles?

Weight goal for the taller ladies? 5'9" here
My first goal is 130 lbs, and I'm currently at 146.5. However, I was 126 before, and I liked how I looked then. So, I might shoot for 125. I'll see based on how I look at 130. From there I plan to do a bulking cycle which will obviously add more weight :) Just curious what other tall ladies have for goals.

Should I be paying attention to my heart rate zones?
I work out a lot, eat at a deficit, and I'm steadily losing weight.. I work out up to 5 hours a day sometimes.. But generally probably around 3. I do cardio as well as lift. For cardio, should I be paying attention to and familiarizing myself with my heart rate zones and aiming at being a certain percentage of my MHR?
