bump for interest :)

Mine's closed because in the notes I talk about issues I'm having with my gut and...er... that's not really something other people want to see...

Sounds so good!

Cholesterol is found in animal products so cut down on meat/dairy and you'll see yours plummet :)

It's taken me 9 weeks to lose 6lbs, don't worry! It's about keeping steady and maintaining as much as the losing. You could lose faster but it'd be so unhealthy and completely unsustainable. Everyone's different and you're a champ for all your hard work!

I could probably live off apples, I love them so much. But if I don't have salad leaves - lettuce and spinach oh my! - I feel awful and my skin goes to hell. Please don't make me choose!

This site has quite a lot of advice for both long and short term solutions :) Hope it helps http://health.howstuffworks.com/wellness/natural-medicine/home-remedies/home-remedies-for-water-retention.htm

Sounds great! I did nealy 14,000 calories/2500 minutes this month and need a goal to keep me moving!

Have you tried Bravissimo? They have an amazing range of large cup sizes and loads of 'solution' lingerie if you've got an awkward cut or something on your dress. Worth a look!

Mash them up in yoghurt then freeze :)

Definitely shoes and bra. This is the only time I'd ever condone using the term 'investment' in terms of clothing - with these items you get back what you put in (especially if you're large busted!). Everything else (clothes, fancy electronics) comes second. If you fancy more gear, TKMaxx tends to have good deals on sports…

I love things from the Tandoori menu :) and I don't think it'll be too spicy for you. Maybe ask to try a piece if it's a relaxed kind of place?

I'm in!

This was great, thanks!

I'm like you, I never eat before running in the morning. This usually seems to curb my appetite for the rest of the day too. Just do whatever works for you :)
