    Just got back from a mammoth gym session- 1200 calories down! wouldn't have got off the sofa if it hadn't have been for this challenge, just kept thinking "another few calories...." Won't have time for that most days but its a start :-)

    Sounds great! I did nealy 14,000 calories/2500 minutes this month and need a goal to keep me moving!

    HAPPY CANADA DAY!!!!!! Here we go, I am already wearing my step counter, riding my bike, walking and now I want to get back into weight training, which is actually my favourite. I hope to be down 15 lbs by the time school starts in September. :flowerforyou:

    I don't do much activity over the weekends but I'll aim to make up for it in the week!

    How often are we checking in. I had 1030 calories burned today did walking, weights and some golf.
