Got in 53 mins of Treadmill, 25 mins of 30 Day Shred Level 2, and 25 mins of Just Dance 2 today for a total of 103 mins! Ticker up to date!0

Heh all! can't believe how great having this challenge is for getting me down the gym or out running! Over 3000 cals already so hoping to reach the target even if it means end of July hurts big time!!!0

I'm going to give my weekly breakdown tomorrow but having calcuated I can see I have 1300 to make it to 7000! This wasn't my plan but it would be nice if I could do this today. Could prove difficult though because I'm alone all day and night with a toddler. Will check in tomorrow. Loving this challenge as it's really getting me to move my butt.0

Never feel bad about any exercise you have done, simply by doing some you're doing vastly better than a large percentage of the worlds population and each minute helps towards improving your health and fitness.

Having been v. motivated by this challenge and startingll - have discovered reason for feeling so rubbish is to viral infection topped by a chest infection. In reality this started three weeks ago and I have not been caring for myself. So That's me out of the challenge. Dissappointed but realistic. Am hoping there will be another in August when I will be able to play. Good luck to all.0
