    Wow, people tell me I work out a lot, but from the looks of the results of this challenge I'm not the only one, since it looks like some are already half way to the goal! Keep it up.

    Oh dear. I've had a few hectic days and haven't managed to do ANY exercise for 4 days straight! Hoping things will settle down and I can get back on the exercise!

    Had several days of family visiting so we did a lot of fishing, but it was standing the whole time so got some calories for it. Back to regular stuff today 810 calories walking and weights.

    OOOH suffering with a bad back today so my 40 minute brisk walk was definately a very slow stroll today but feel good that I still got out there and did it! Mind you this had a lot to do with hubbies determination to get me up this morning :bigsmile: So a whole minute past the halfway mark for me.

    Closer and closer. Tracking minutes but maybe it would be fun to go back and see calories as well. I just know my calories burned doesn't really get all THAT high. :D

    592 calories burned in 81 mins doing warm up, weight lifting, intesnse core training then a spin class to finish it off :smile:
