    Someone challenged me to 2000 minutes in July, and I accomplished it with 8 days to spare. I've slowed things down a bit this week, and I'm sitting at 2,161.

    No matter what you've set as your goal... YOU CAN do it. Keep pressing on. I've finally lost 63 lbs, and gotten down to a pre-wedding weight (I was married 18 years ago) of 181... My goal of 169 is now 12 lbs away, after hitting a high of 244 a few years ago.

    It has taken a while... but it has been SO worth it.

    Keep pressing on!

    Not quite there this month, don't think I'll get over 5000 kcal done before the end of the month. Not disappointed though as I ended up taking a week off mid way through the month.

    Great challenge, has really helped with the goal setting and focus! And a huge well done to everyone who has not only met but absolutely demolished their targets! Nice work!!

    Hi, I've not had a chance to calculate all of my exercise time and calories burned, but as the challenge has now reached the end just popping in to say I exceeded the challenge I set myself this month. Probably the most I've exercised in my life. Thank you so much for setting this challenge up, it was with me the whole month as I burned all of those calories. Good luck everyone with your future goals and healthy lifestyle.

    Thanks for the challenge. Mostly it made me keep track of how much I work out and it is good to see the number, but it also made me work out a couple of days when I might have taken a break! Broke the goal by more than I thought I would!

    Slacked off for the last week but luckily worked like a dog prior to. Will meet my 1200 by tonight. Looking forward to a better month next month

    Thanks for the challenge. I exceeded goal so new goal will be 30000 calories per month henceforth.
