I am going to track it to, I am going to track both and see what I can do. My goal is to do 90 minutes of work out each day and some days I miss it and some days I hit it out of the park!
So far this month: 1343 calories burned, 232 minutes done!0 -
Hope I'm not too late to join. This is a great way to kick start my weightloss! I'll have to make up for the first two days i missed ove the rest of the week0

wow everyones got such big numbers this is a great idea!!
Normally I do barely anything over the weekend, but yesterday on my day off I walked 4.5 miles which took 90 minutes
This morning I was going to have a lay in but then I thought no its sunny lets go running before it gets hot, just ran 3.1 miles in 32 minutes now off to the beach which is another miles worth of walking,
270 minutes over 3 days, I never in my lift thought I could acheive that!0 -
ive done 45 minutes this morning and am planning on walking my mother in laws dog sometime this afternoon haha0

Yesterday, I did 60 minutes of clean up in the house and it was difficult, so I'll count it.
Today, I am going sailing on a small race boat. I am learning and I won't be racing but it is physically challenging. I'll come back with the the amount of minutes to add.

Well. Have managed 64 minutes today - am going to try and do this just counting 'planned' exercise - but not yet worked out how to update ticker - computers ugh
Okay - so I worked out how to change it - having forgotten pass word and needing to create a completely new ticker.
Am I the only one who has trouble with this???????0 -

We walked probably 6 miles today with the stroller! 160 mins!!! Yicks my legs are kinda like jello right now
What work out DVDs do you guys like?
I have to be kinda careful with my broke butt feet though. I had surgery on the right one 2months ago and I have crazy pronation I am waiting for my orthotics and my doctor says I should be able to run again. okay what I am saying is a DVD with not too much impact on my tootsies but give me a good work out. I have walked crazy amounts since my surgery and I am getting board!!
