    Great challenge so far. It's pushed me to up my exercise and I'm feeling great. Thanks for the suggestion Hart James. Finally fixed my ticker.

    July 1st -- 913 calories (This is the highest I have ever posted) -->149 mins
    July 2nd -- 270 calories ---> 81 mins
    July 3rd -- 347 calories ---> 56 mins
    July 4th -- 556 calories ---> 89 mins
    July 5th -- 448 calories --> 93 mins

    2534 cals and 468 mins

    Heh all! can't believe how great having this challenge is for getting me down the gym or out running! Over 3000 cals already so hoping to reach the target even if it means end of July hurts big time!!!

    Took a swing class 7 years ago. It was awesome except my partner sucked....dumped him shortly after the class was done!!! :devil:

    Morning walk= 20min
    3miles = 43 mins today. :happy:

    Day 7, back to cycling to and from work! 622 minutes done in one week .... that is a SCAREY number!

    I'm going to give my weekly breakdown tomorrow but having calcuated I can see I have 1300 to make it to 7000! This wasn't my plan but it would be nice if I could do this today. Could prove difficult though because I'm alone all day and night with a toddler. Will check in tomorrow. Loving this challenge as it's really getting me to move my butt.

    Phew another 180 minutes clocked up cleaning a friends holiday villa, still need to do the garden but that will be tomorrows task. Still feel guilty about logging this as exercise though!!
