    So far i have done 100 minutes gym and dvd combinded :smile:

    What sort of exercising does everyone do? Especially when its no gym day.

    I am going to track it to, I am going to track both and see what I can do. My goal is to do 90 minutes of work out each day and some days I miss it and some days I hit it out of the park!

    So far this month: 1343 calories burned, 232 minutes done!

    wow everyones got such big numbers this is a great idea!!

    Normally I do barely anything over the weekend, but yesterday on my day off I walked 4.5 miles which took 90 minutes

    This morning I was going to have a lay in but then I thought no its sunny lets go running before it gets hot, just ran 3.1 miles in 32 minutes now off to the beach which is another miles worth of walking,

    270 minutes over 3 days, I never in my lift thought I could acheive that!

    Yesterday, I did 60 minutes of clean up in the house and it was difficult, so I'll count it.

    Today, I am going sailing on a small race boat. I am learning and I won't be racing but it is physically challenging. I'll come back with the the amount of minutes to add.

    210 minutes done, 990 to go!!

    July 1st -- 913 calories (This is the highest I have ever posted) -->149 mins
    July 2nd -- 270 calories ---> 81 mins

    1183 cals and 230 mins
