I use both free weights and machines. I make sure i do three different exercises per muscle and at least two of those are free weights. If you want to firm up quick i suggest 8-10 reps thats what I did. Oh and look into supersets, they help burn more fat.

I made weight training my main goal and lifted heavy and worked out 6 days a week.

Having muscle makes a big difference in your appearance I feel. I still have a layer of fat on my muscle but now my fat is firm unlike before..

I take creatine and love it.. Its recommended to be taken with something that has carbs in it so it will be absorbed properly. If you just take a pill form with no food it wont be as effective. You can get it in pill form but if I was you id put the powder in a protein shake after my workout. Make sure your protein shake…

I do a 3 day split and do it twice a week with one rest day. I lift heavy 8-10 reps and do at least three exercises per muscle and four for the larger muscles like my quads. I hope that answers your question.

I'm 5'3 and 127 pounds now. I would like to be 120 and gain more muscle so it shows way more.

I just remembered i'm taking medication and I'm wondering if its raising my heart rate. I made a doctors apointment and I will get my heart rate checked to see if its my meds or not. I guess ill know then if my HRM is correct.

Its almost impossible for a woman to get huge from lifting weights. First of all we aren't made to get big and we don't produce enough testosterone to. Those huge butch woman you see more than likely take testosterone (aka steriods) .. I lift as heavy as I can 6-8 reps and i'm no where near bulky.

Lunge jumps, and frog squats aren't hard for me to do but I feel like its the hardest on my muscle ( aka gives me the best workout)

Oh I do the same thing.. I think if you shower before your workout your sweet is cleaner lol. I buy nice workout clothes cuz i just don't see the point in changing into clean clothes after the gym so I almost always where my workout clothes for the rest of the day. All I do is wear workout clothes cuz they are so comfy…

You would prolly heal faster if you completely rested but if you wanted to walk I don't see how that could hurt as long as it wasn't the day after you hurt yourself.

Omg I did the exact same thing for months on end. I've been able to get over that recently. My body is now used to intermittent fasting and I honestly don't get hungry at night anymore. I think it's because I get to eat meals higher in calories cuz I only have 8 hours to get my cals in so I'm quite satisfied.

Thank you everyone for your info. I already have a lower carb diet and I'm not one who craves stuff or eats un heathy. I've just reached a plataue and would like to try something else. If I lose weight doing this I can't picture myself gaining the weight back ecause my diet already is very clean and I'm not a fan of breads…
