Looking for a good quality heart rate monitor !

Hi wonderful people!
I am looking for a good quality heart rate monitor but that isn't too expensive. I saw one at the running room that was $154... it seemed like a lot. Is that normal? I do want one that does more than just reads your heart rate. I'd like it to have calories burned and steps... So I am looking to pick one up in the next couple of weeks... anyone have ideas? I live in Canada, so only give me information if you purchased it in Canada, it's too hard to get shipping from the US here! Thanks so much!

    Check amazon.com.. Someone suggested that site for me. Guess you can get a really good one for around 60 or 70 dollars.
