Hello all, 48yrs old just looking for new friends and motivation! I go to the gym 3 times a week. Kettle Bell on Tues, Werq on Wed and Yoga on Thurs. Originally lost over 40lbs (2yrs ago) sadly gained most all back. Need new ideas and motiovation (did I mention that, LOL).

That's awesome, my friend just asked me to do a half marathon with her in Nov in Vegas. I am scared but intrigued also!!! I just download an app to my phone to help me start preparing. when I go to the gym I put in my weight on the machines and track calories burned by that. When I log on MFP the eliptical calorie burn is always higher than the machine so I log what the machine says. Then when I walk on treadmill MFP shows considerably lower than the machine, so again I use what the machine says. I think…

I like their pick 2 menu, I usually get the 1/2 Napa Almond Chicken Salad and 1/2 Classic Salad. However I LOVE LOVE LOVE their Cinnamon Crunch Bagel with Walnut Honey Butter!!!!! Yummy I have to limit my consumption on that though, lol!

I love the Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwiches. Found them at Sam's Club for $9.98 for box of 2O... (10 Vanilla and 10 Cookies and Creme) YUMMMMMMM!!!! The day I got them they had sale so save $3.00 off (WOW!!!) They don't always have the sale but still $9.98 for 20 is cheap!
