no, you are not the only one.. i haven't lost near the weight you have, but i plan on it by the time I'm done. To date i have lost 31.4 lbs. but i still see the bigger me in the mirror. i just can't get past the image .. here's to kicking this in the bud!!

i believe it is both.. guys, even my DH, seem to have it easy as far what society thinks of them.. the older they get, the sexier.. not the same for women... even if they get a lil beer belly they still look good.. plus the whole "manhood" thing gets in the way of them asking for help with ANYTHING! women, have it hard all…

such good advise! i think when we try to completely eliminate those things, such as ice cream & chocolate out of diets we are doomed to fail. I <3 chocolate but now i don't always grab a candy bar in the checkout lane at the store :) instead i may splurge once a week and have some ice cream or that chocolate but i keep it…

you seem to have a more defined waist from the front view & the side view shows a bigger difference.. your not as round :)

you must have worked very hard to lose that 100lbs! way to go!! how long did it take you ?? i have a lil over 100 to lose to reach my goal weight. i know it doesn't come off overnight! sure wish it did :)
