burnt out

Okay.. I started this journey about 2 months ago. Since then i have lost 22lbs. which, i know is fantastic.

Here is my issue... I started doing the supreme 90 workouts. Most of them are really great. I don't like the tabata inferno.. i do really like the ones that target the legs & the arms... well i have been doing this for 35 days and I am burnt out from them.. I also started the C25K about 3 wks. ago... i am on w2day2 (repeated WK1) I do enjoy this.. i try to get up early and get it in, otherwise I am afraid it won't happen...

what else can i do besides follow the schedule that came with the S90?? maybe just focus on the ones that i enjoy??

Oh, i have also noticed that I am having knee pain in my left knee, which prevents me from doing a lot of squats & lunges. it feels fine when i walk/run.

    I'd stick with the running for a while. If it really doesn't affect it, it'll give your knee some time to heal.

    Just do more of what you enjoy. I would leave the rest out of my routine...
