Exercising will not compensate for a poor diet. Starting eating at a deficit and you will see results.

Not sure why you're only eating 500-700 calories because you're 5'7 and only 122lbs, pretty darn good if ya ask me... Anyways it's quite simple. I would start incorporating weight lifting into your workout regimen. I would also invest in a food scale to insure more accurate logging.
