I'm doing this challenge right now. I found one that has squats, but also leg raises and pushups. I'm on day 7 and I never thought I would be able to do 80 squats, but I did it and feel awesome. Haven't noticed a whole lot as far as results go, but my legs and buns feel tighter and stronger! Good luck!

I used to think that too about nuts, but It's good fat and you need some so would rather get it from there! I love Dole lightly sea-salted almonds...YUM!

Hey Im trying for 30, but you can add me if you want. I don't have a ton of tips except keep eating right and exercising! Im down 4 lbs so far and it's been hard, but Im still at it!!!!!!!!!!

Same here. Doesn't seem to bother me to not wear any. Although I pretty much hate underwear in general. I wear it at work, thats bout it!

I love that show. It inspired me as well. I don't know if I would ever do anything like that, but I sure would like to be able to if I wanted to!!!!!!!! Goal to work toward!

Oh gosh I hate it! I wish I could get to like it, but GROSS!!!!!!! Good luck with that! My mom used to use it instead of apples in an apple crisp tho and I actually didnt mind that.

Im usually up around 9am. have a snack, workout have breakfast around 10:30 11ish then head to work. I have a snack at around 3pm then eat a meal at 6pm. I really dont have a lunch or dinner. I just try and eat every 2-3 hours ish. I work at a huge hospital and am walking and active all day. I get home and try and unwind…
