Hey everyone! :flowerforyou:
So basically for the past ten years I've hated myself and because of that gained a ton of weight... I'm now 21 and am making a change.
I really do welcome any help, advice, general chit chat as I am pretty clueless.
I've joined a fancy gym and done a couple of workouts to get started.
Quite excited!

Welcome and kudos for taking the first steps in getting started! Do as much reading as you can, especially the posts stuck to the top of each board. Those contain great info that everyone always wants to know.
My best advise is to consistently log everyday. You can't make changes to your plan if you don't know what's going on. And take starting photos and measurements right now before losing. You do not have to share them with anyone but it really helps to have something besides the scale to gauge how you are doing. Retake them every couple of months to track your progress. I didn't do starting photos and regret it now.0 -
Thank you. The idea of taking any kind of photos is pretty daunting at this stage but will try and do some tomorrow morning. It's a really good idea.0
