If you have a crockpot, slice open and chicken breast or two half way, stuff with spinach, tomato and your fave cheese. Cook on low while you are gone for the day. Easy, delicious, and most importantly healthy!

congratulations!! no victory is small. much success!

exercises which work your pectoral muscles (think mom and grandma pushing their hands together to make the girls bounce just a little) will lift what remains after weightloss. You won't fall away to nothing thanks to those boobie genetics, but they will shrink because they are a fat store. good luck and I wish you…

awesome job, wishing you continued success!!

Yes I agree with a lot of his information about processed foods. I think I am going to try it for a few weeks and see where I get with it. The typing test was free and I am a "protein type". It's hard to find fresh produce around here that isn't from kroger or meijer but I am going to check into some local farmer's…

I wasn't aware of the Yoga practices but that train of thought makes sense to me.

Everything I have read about him so far seems to make sense. I know the USDA is slowly poisoning us if we don't make conscious and active decisions to eat healthy. Buried in his site somewhere is a link to determine your nutrition type and a free cookbook. And its not too far in because I wasn't searching too hard for it.…

Make sure you are not vitamin or mineral deficient. Check with your doctor. Most will tell you to take a good multivitamin. I have found that when I am craving something it generally is because I am deficient in something. God luck!

With 50 pounds lost, if someone who hasn't seen you in awhile doesn't notice, they aren't that observant :) Good luck and congratulations on your success so far!

you should create a blog, you speak for many people on here :) You can do this! I weighed 372 ponds at my heaviest and am down to 290. 77 pounds i lost by myself. then I stalled. I found this site through a friend a few weeks ago. It is good that you understand this is a life long commitment. Best of luck with your…

This is not lame at all :) Non scale victories cannot be over-emphasized. You keep up the good work!

The protein helps with soreness too, if that is not a problem, I think I would not worry about it except as it relates to my daily recommendation :) Much success!

Motivation - check! Add me if you like.

the bottles and can thing is awesome, I would also suggest hitting up your local thrift stores, the equipment is hard to find and goes fast, but lots of folks donate their unused and often in perfect working order gym equipment.

Hi, I am Brandilea. I am 35, a full time student. I just joined a week and half ago. I have about 140 lbs to lose. Feel free to add me for encouragement and support :)

not a dumb question, i didn't know either, glad I clicked :)

I hear you! I weigh myself on scales at home and at my mom's. There is a 5-12 pound difference between the scales. I stopped weighing myself at my mom's. I know that isn't an option for you at the doctor, and truthfully, the scale at the doctor is probably more reliable. But remember you have lost weight, it wasn't as much…

Congratulations on your success thus far!! Just make sure to drink plenty of water before each temptation :)

Obesity is a medical term, not a definition of WHO you are. You remember why you decided to drop those 32 pounds? Was it to escape being called obese? Or to be a healthier, happier person? Get your head and your heart back on straight and don't let a label blow all the success you have had thus far. You will be in my…

Welcome!

I would say 6-7 square feet, you need to be able to lie down for push ups and sit ups, you can add a pivot step for exercises that move you across the floor. Good luck!

I am a full time student with a $400 a month budget which needs to cover cell phone ($36.00), internet ($30.00), gas (3 full tanks a month at about $55-60.00 a pop) and groceries. This generally leaves me with about $50-60.00 a week for groceries. I buy as much frozen veggies and chicken and salmon, canned tuna, canned…
