i wear a heart rate monitor so i know i burned 180 cals in step 1 and 220 in step 2 never made it to 3 it says to do everyday i always took 1 day of rest and picked up where i left off if you miss too many u could do a few days at previous level until u feel ready again

I stopped losing and the actually started gaining until I upped my calories I follow a zig zag plan allowing for low calorie and higher calorie days using the fat loss guideline. Had great results losing every week :)

i feel you on that for me it was eating smaller meals more frequently very small changes but i feel so much better :)

could also be blood sugar issues? I was super tired, gaining weight, shaky, starving all the time ended up being my blood sugar

I have my zig zag calculated for a person that works out 3x a week so the exercise calories are already figured in

I totally agree it's what I add to it I use a fat free creamer but too much of it I hate the bitter taste of coffee but have upped my coffee intake when I gave up diet soda I will be exploring other coffee additives but also trying to lower my coffee intake Just learned a valuable lesson on logging EVERYTHING

my doctor told me to count all the liquids i drink aiming for 100 oz a day but make sure at least 1/2 of that comes from good plain old water

I had problems like that when I was eating unhealthy. Fluttery chest, rapid heart rate, shaky hand, and would start to feel almost panicked. I read under the reviews for that DVD that people with bad knees shouldn't be doing it. Don't be hard on yourself knee surgury will do nothing for your weight loss goals :D

I burned about 180 on level 1 weighing about 190-180 moderate fitness level. Maybe under aerobics? Or just manually enter

Haters :) yea I have a friend that wastes my time all the time asking what i've done to lose weight. people are looking for a magic pill they don't want to hear you have to make changes to see changes. good for you

Never done insanity myself but my girlfriend has it and was just telling me the other night that in a 30 min workout she burns about 250 calories High intensity I burn about 100 calories for every 10 min of workout

Wow we do live in an interesting country don't we. Seems this would be no different then giving a drug addict services since their addiction and side effects from prevent them from holding a job. A friend of mine ordered some after seeing an infomercial and did lose about 6 pounds in a little over 2 weeks. She says it makes you super full after only eating maybe half of what you sat down to eat. She got lazy/bored after the 2 weeks though and quickly gained it all back.

My weight loss also recently stopped so I poured over my old food diary to see what was different. I found i was not eating enough. I was netting 1100-1230 calories a day. I bumped it to 1320-1500 and have starting losing again
